My last ever first day of placement as a student midwife…. 8 weeks to go.

This day last year I cut 13 inches off my hair and raised money for @CCUCharity , Today I have started week 8 out of 12 of my management placement in the haematology/oncology unit 💛 5 more weeks to go…

4 years ago today I got offered my place @QUBSONM to study midwifery and after deferring my start date due to being pregnant…..I’m now 4 months away from finishing. What a journey it has been. Plenty of laughter, a few tears but every step has been worth it. #studentmidwife
