I shouldn’t be but I’m always surprised when my pour over coffee ends up being amazing when I use a scale. Pour over is okay when I don’t but it’s amazing when I do, time to get a traveling scale for my setup.

I love cities that have so many things to look at, going for tiny walks is so rewarding, there’s always something new/ you can see things with new eyes even if you’ve walked the same street a million times. That’s what I like about nyc and bcn, they’re rich in details.
