In Evaluating Bias and Fairness in Gender-Neutral Pretrained Vision-and-Language Models with @LauraCabelloPi @StephanieBrandl and @ebugliarello, we show that gender-neutral domain adaptation can meaningfully reduce group disparities. See it at Poster Session 1 on Friday 8th.
