Wife just made me a grilled cheese sandwich with Kerrygold cheddar that had been aged over two years. It was absolutely amazing. Because it was made into two sandwiches, it was about $5 per sandwich. This at a restaurant would be much more expensive.

Wife is doing well. Her labs came back clean. The pain seems to be something related to inflammation around her nerves. We’re both praying that something gets found on follow up, too many random health problems recently.
