Sometimes you just gotta OCCUPY! Up The Elephant demo against the demolition of The Elephant Shopping Centre takes over the lobby of Council's HQ against the plans! (2018)
Meanwhile Space was always absolutely terrible at 'managing' this space. Traders and campaigners said when the plans were announced that it would not attract enough footfall nor be a suitable site for kiosks. Sad that traders felt they had no choice but to give it a go!
