I resonated with this sentiment till: “like thinking having servants is normal.” Don’t the rich in the West have a nanny, housekeeper, maid, cleaning lady, cook, butler, babysitter, gardener, chauffeur, caregiver? The difference is that there is dignity of labour. Views?
Like they seem to be less aware of poverty than rich people from rich countries. When you talk to them you get the sense that they genuinely think their lives are representative of the their country as a whole, even when logically absurd, like thinking having servants is normal.

Yesterday, was reminded how money gives a child a great head start in life. Was chatting with a 16-year old. Attends a good school. Travels with family- within India & abroad. Works out regularly at a good gym. Evident in how fit he was. Very healthy diet. His confidence 👌👍
