Some people (landscape architects, mostly) claim that land prices drive housing costs, through upzoning increasing land values. If true, why does First Shaughnessy (a heritage-protected mansion neighborhood) have 4x growth in land values? 1/
Prefab is great, but have you tried outright zoning?
