Eight years ago today I was on my way to New Zealand for the Lions tour. What an amazing experience that was. The Lions are such a special part of rugby.
The Japanese are such amazing hosts. In all the time I travelled there regularly I was always made to feel incredibly welcome. How many other countries would greet a visiting team like this?
