Thank you, SCOTUS!
🚨BREAKING: U.S. Supreme Court will hear two major women’s sports cases. West Virginia & Idaho—with co-counsel @ADFLegal—are asking the Court to protect fairness for female athletes. Huge thanks to AG @mccuskeyforwv and AG @Raul_Labrador for standing up for women and girls.…
Thank you for your continued advocacy for women, Kristen. The example you and @ADFLegal has set for fighting for truth has inspired me in countless ways.
This is our @ADFLegal client, Lainey. She went to college on a sports scholarship and is now a promising future attorney. We recently traveled together to the UN, where we both testified about the injustice of men in women's sports. Athletic success develops women into leaders.…

I am truly honored and humbled to advocate for women and girls in sports at the UN.
As a girl dad, I proudly advocate for a world where my daughters—and all girls—can rise to chase their dreams on equal, safe, and fair playing fields, including in sports. It is a great honor for @ADFIntl to co-host this inspiring UN event with @ParaguayONU and many others.
Confused about "intersex", "DSDs" and what determines/defines sex? Listen to evolutionary biologist Colin Wright (@SwipeWright) explain it all in a way so someone who doesn't understand science (🙋♀️) can understand it. From episode 1.3. of TERF TV:
Carini broke down in tears and explained in an interview that she had never been hit so hard before. Heartbreaking. She's a hero to all for backing out.
Happy to be a part of this! #SaveWomensSports
Today, along with intervenor Lainey Armistead, the State of WV filed a petition at the U.S. Supreme Court asking them to reverse the 4th Circuit’s decision enjoining our law protecting women’s sports. Protecting women’s sports is a matter of basic fairness. We are hopeful…
Editor-in-Chief @bradleyhaley27 had the opportunity to interview @LaineyArmistead outside of the Supreme Court last week about the B.P.J. v. West Virginia State Board of Education case. @ADFLegal newguardpress.com/lainey-armiste…
Whoa ... "women's sports is barely an institution; it has only been around for a few decades" -- the contempt, the dismissiveness ... sports isn't more of an institution is because of SEXISM ... and you're flinging that sexism back at us. A THIRD of all HS girls are athletes!…
Emma continues her heated rant, declaring that if women’s sports can’t accommodate trans women then the entire institution of women’s sports itself shouldn’t exist
The House just PASSED the Protection of Women & Girls in Sports Act to ensure female athletes aren't forced to compete against biological males. Women's sports are for women. It's just common sense.
Denying the biological differences between men and women not only threaten women's rights, it threatens our safety. Not only are we shutting women out of competitive sports, we are also shaming girls into silence in the face of abuse and harassment.
Is there any way to bridge the divides in this country? Or are we too hell-bent on destroying each other? Has anyone bothered to find middle ground on any issues? Or is it just too profitable to argue endlessly? It’s hard to watch the hatred. Happy Easter, everyone.
I keep seeing swimmers, track athletes, surfers, and many other incredible female athletes speaking up for women in sports, only to be continuously let down by the USWNT. The women who inspired me to play don’t care about the future of girls in soccer.
Thread: Keep Women's Sports Female On January 12th in San Antonio, Tx, at the @NCAA 2023 Annual Conference, multiple diverse woman's advocacy groups for women's rights came together to rally for fairness in women's sports. Below are some of the groups that were present ⬇️⬇️
