🔬🔬I am super happy to announce that my next adventure is with the fantastic team of @abbelight as a lead in data science and AI ! 🔬🔬 Very excited to push the forefront of SMLM! And thanks to @CaorsiV and @micro_adrien for the fun brainstorming week #1

Thank you @LaineBioImaging for this nice article covering our dynamic imaging work! nature.com/articles/s4159…
And the next SMLMS will be in Bonn organised by @UEndesfelder ! From #SMLMS24 to #SMLMS25

We’re excited to be at SMLMS and eager to connect with you! We’ll be at Booth #6 until 12:00 on 30 August 2024. Don’t miss the chance to take your research to the next level with Abbelight. #SMLMS2024 #SMLM #Nanotechnology #Innovation #AdvancedImaging #LifeSciences
Poster session finished with many great discussions! But no worries, if there's more questions about three color demixing, optimised and automated, don't hesitate to approach @LaineBioImaging or me! @abbelight @SMLM_Symposium #SMLMS2024
At #SMLMS2024 we're now hearing from @miCHRIScopy presenting his awesome work on understanding chromosome organisation in bacteria using SMLM!

I am always amazed by the complexity but structured Actin network imaged at nanoscale using #SMLM. This one is 130x130 um² FOV size thanks to @abbelight ASTER technology.
In #JO2024 time, let's have a contest of your best #SMLM images I start with this first one : COS-7 cell labelled with AF647 acquired with @abbelight #SAFe360 and #SmartKit buffer
Don't forget to register for ELMI2024 workshops! Image: PAINT with PotomacRed targeting the bacterial membrane in E. coli. Number of cells detected = 589 Credits: Dr İpek Altinoglu-Bonnet Wish to test your own samples on our platform? Contact us at: [email protected].

🥳Finally out in the press! 🥳 CAFI: Content-aware frame interpolation! Obtain complex cellular dynamics using neural networks. It still shocks me that it works ! Amazing work from @MartinP190889 and collaborators. link.springer.com/article/10.103… Old thread!
1/21 We’re proud to present a new Deep Learning approach for Content-Aware Frame Interpolation (CAFI). Ever wanted to increase the frame rate of your images using Deep Learning? CAFI might be the right tool for you. It’s CAFI time! github.com/mpriessner/CAFI biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
Out today from @LaineBioImaging and @MartinP190889, Content-aware frame interpolation (CAFI) improves the temporal resolution in time-lapse imaging by accurately predicting images in between image pairs, enabling gentler live-cell imaging. nature.com/articles/s4159…
👏👏👏 Congratulations to Dr Martin Priessner (@MartinP190889) & Prof Ramon Vilar (@vilar_group) from @impchemistry, and Dr Romain Laine (@LaineBioImaging) from @ucl
Researchers from @impchemistry and @ucl are improving cell imaging with #NeuralNetworks 🤖🔍 🦠 Their new study in @naturemethods captures rapid cellular events with half the frames and minimal damage to live cells 👇 imperial.ac.uk/news/250693/us…
