As usual the voting public are ahead of the political class which is beholden to Washington. More Australians want a foreign policy independent from the US and a clear majority of Labor voters No AUKUS. No to the insane military buildup smh.com.au/politics/feder…

Very happy to have spoken for @LabAgainstWar alongside Kelly Livingston speaking for @labor_palestine at Sydney Young Labor event this afternoon. Young comrades united for Palestine and against AUKUS and militarism.
Great article by @ArthurRorris from NSW South Coast Labour Council on the @illawarramerc

Stop AUKUS meeting at Marrickville library in Sydney Saturday 2pm With LAW convenor @strom_m Greens defence spokesperson @DavidShoebridge UTS academic Wanning Sun. @nuclearban speaker Gem Romuld @WarPowersReform Alison Broinowski Make sure you come! trybooking.com/events/landing…
Military industry lobbyist Scott Morrison puts it out there. AUKUS is about turning Australian facilities into US bases for Pentagon war planning. No thanks! smh.com.au/world/north-am…

Congratulations to Annandale @NSWLabor branch passing the LAW motion calling for an independent inquiry, and committing the branch to call for the government to withdraw from AUKUS.

A failed PM now “employed “ in the military/industrial complex running a scare campaign against China, our biggest and most important trading partner. There must be an independent inquiry into AUKUS including how many former politicians are making money advocating for AUKUS.
Australia has paid $1.6bn to Trump for a war program the US has put under review. Outrageous If the Trump review gives the go ahead it means it is an ‘America First’ war program. If it fails we don’t get the $ money back That’s a lose/lose outcome smh.com.au/world/north-am…
I mean, if Scott Morrison is arguing in favour of it (no self-interest as an arms and war lobbyist, of course), should tell you all you know… abc.net.au/news/2025-07-2…
A ‘reliable ally’? Or a global power looking to leverage Australian geography to maintain its empire? smh.com.au/world/north-am…

Congratulations to Enmore branch in PM @AlboMP's electorate for UNANIMOUSLY backing our motions calling for an inquiry and removing AUKUS from the ALP national platform.

Good to hear a rational voice from @1RossGittins saying the obvious. That huge increases on defence spending are about filling the pockets of US war companies with cash - and making us all unsafe. smh.com.au/business/the-e…
Two-thirds of Australians want AUKUS reviewed and fewer than half think it will make us safer. @TheAusInstitute australiainstitute.org.au/post/two-third…
As we have said from the very beginning, AUKUS is about locking Australia into US war planning in East Asia, it is not about the defence and security of the Australian people. smh.com.au/world/north-am…

DON’T MISS our National Patron @DougCameron51 speaking Sunday (tomorrow) at the launch of @IPAusNet campaign against AUKUS Register: 👇 events.humanitix.com/cancel-aukus-r…

AUKUS was already a price too much to pay - politically and economically. With Trump likely to put up cost and say the quiet part out loud insisting the subs form part of any war with China then @albomp has to dump AUKUS. smh.com.au/politics/feder…
Congratulations Armidale branch @NSWLabor on the New England tableland for this week supporting our motion calling for an independent inquiry into AUKUS.

Is it time for Australia to get out of AUKUS? Worthwhile video analysis from @SatPaper youtube.com/watch?v=9t-YHB…
