Don't see many Spotted Flycatcher's these days 🥺 so nice to catch up with a few at Barden Bridge in the Yorkshire Dales this morning, also one Common Redstart and three Tawny Owls with @stevengthomps62
Western Sandpiper at Maidens, South Ayrshire. Saw 1.45, then again 2.30-4.30 at the mouth of the harbour at high tide. Had to myself most of the time. UK tick ✅ Great day out in beautiful surroundings. @BirdGuides @RareBirdAlertUK
Lovely morning walk @RodleyNR Photos of Banded Demoiselle and Elephant Hawk-Moth. Also saw Green Sandpiper and 11 Little Egrets. Mega rare Norfolk Hawker around but I did not see it.
Two UK lifers in a week ain't at all bad, but once again the photo's are !! Collared Pratincole gave everybody the run-around @RSPBFrampton this am. Saw it twice between 7am-10.30am. lucky to be in the right place at the right time when it popped by. @RareBirdAlertUK @BirdGuides
Only my second LIFER this year. In a little over 3 hours today from 10.50 at Wykeham Forest had the Ortolan Bunting six times, but 4 were quick fly-bys and two were a couple of seconds perched, so very pleased to get a pic. The Yellowhammer suitor was much more showy @nybirdnews
Set off early this morning to twitch the Song Sparrow at Thornwick Bay with @LEEDSTILIDIE1 no luck, so plan B delivered nearby Turtle Doves, Goshawk and Crossbill, great morning out in beautiful weather and scenery

What a brilliant day today with @AndersG2211 around paphos included my 2 target Birds for paphos beeaters and roller also got 11 lifers during the morning including 5 in one pond which included this lesser moorhen and little bittern also thanks to @LUFCDave_ #birdsaroundcyprus
Paid a brief visit to Barden Bridge this morning. Great to see plenty of Pied Flycatcher's back and singing heartily. However very surprised to see two WOOD WARBLERS as I have not seen any here for yonks. With @LEEDSTILIDIE1
