Personally i think you guys need to stop being negative during race week. We were so positive for silverstone and so was the outcome. Everyone was doom-posting how spa is going to be damage limitation and that’s what happened. Maybe we can all try to not be negative here onwards.

I couldn’t fit it all so here’s the screenshot of my drafts but I have so much to say about this. Fans of all drivers should be able to enjoy watching a sport they love without having to mute the broadcast every weekend or quit watching altogether.

what gets me is that the hate and criticism isn’t even just on twt anymore, it’s in the broadcast 😭 i have to just stop watching the sport to get away from the lando hate

At least it’s not hidden in an article a week later like a scavenger hunt. But fix your shit. It’s genuinely ONLY ONE CAR.

A fun game to play is when you see someone saying everyone needs to cut their driver some slack over literally anything... you should search the words Lando and Lance on their profiles

I’ll say it till im blue in the face, but no one, is actually hating on lando’s mechanics at all. we know they work tirelessly day in and day out and we appreciate them so much, HOWEVER, the slow pit stops this year need to be acknowledged when they’re costly to lando.

Lando saying going out first hurt his sprint quali, mentioning the battery issue, actually noting the slow pit stop instead of taking all the blame for once… it’s nice to see, shows he wants this WDC & won’t accept team errors just as much as he doesn’t accept his own errors

race weekends just aren’t fun anymore on here. because no matter the outcome it’s lando hate everywhere you look and it’s exhausting bc it’s just not warranted. fans making a sport unbearable is just so sad

granted he made too many mistakes but people are fundamentally missing the fact he went from a two second gap to a 10 second gap after the pitstops 😭😭

it’s really frustrating that the commentators are completely ignoring the car and team issues and just saying that Piastri schooled his teammate. but I guarantee that if the positions were reversed they would be screaming about Oscar having all the issues.

it’s genuinely so frustrating that Lando has lost another race due to a McLaren issue. there couldn’t have been a worse time for the battery to have an issue, but of course it ruins his entire race. and will McLaren do anything to fix it? no of course not.

genuine question… why was it a complete outrage when lando called oscar calm but sky sports the entire final third of the race was singing the calm and ice cold mentality today but it’s crickets?🧍🏼‍♀️

Yeah lando made mistakes but I’m not going to sit here and harp on them like every fucking commentator and everyone else here has been doing. I NEED ANSWERS for the battery and the pitstop. These are why he had to push and make up the insane gap in the first place??

honestly i’m glad he criticized them bc they are getting too comfortable being sloppy. tools left in car, abysmal pit stops and the same spot over and over again, his side needs to tighten tf up.

instead of talking about how a battery issue screwed his start, he only speaks good things of Oscar. contrast that to how Oscar acted last race, and it’s clear which is the better person yet he’s the one who gets extreme amounts of hate.
