🏃‍♂️💨 Huge congratulations to the Edwardsville Tigers Cross Country Team on running a successful Mud Mountain road race! 👏 Thank you to everyone who ran, volunteered, and supported the program. Your energy and spirit help fuel the Tigers as they gear up for another strong season!

33 Metro East athletes teamed up at Detweiller at Dark, representing Lincoln, Liberty, Triad, Maryville Christian, and Highland. Boys placed 2nd (just 10 pts from 1st). Girls took 1st out of 14 teams!! Proud of their effort, teamwork, and the friendships formed. 🧡 💙 🏃🏻 🏃‍♀️

Consistency is key. Some days it’s not about having your best run, it’s just about showing up! These dedicated kids came out to run on a brutally hot morning and should feel proud of their effort.🧡 💙 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ 🥵

This morning’s red, white, and blue run was a success! Thank you to our kids for showing up with such positive energy and to our parents for the generous snack donations. Happy 4th everyone!

This morning, Preston ran a sub-5 minute mile at the Macklind Mile! This race is known as “St. Louis’s fastest mile” and it lived up to the hype!! HUGE PR of 4:52?!?! 🔥 🏃‍♀️ 🔥. Congrats Preston!!

These kids crushed today’s Donut-a-thon! 🍩 🔥 Together, they ran and walked a combined 220 miles…that’s roughly a trip from Edwardsville to Indianapolis! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ What an awesome way to wrap up a hot week of summer running. They definitely earned their breakfast this morning!

The genorisity of our running community never ceases to amaze me. An incredibly kind family (who wishes to remain anonymous) saw our athletes training in the summer heat and felt moved to support their hard work by purchasing 14 dozen donuts for after tomorrow’s run. Grateful!

Congratulations to Edwardsville’s Parker Owens on his 5th place finish at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals, earning All-American honors! Parker now holds the title of the youngest All-American in EHS Track & Field history!

Congratulations to the Tigers 5th place team finish! This group faced a lot of adversity throughout the season and continued to fight until the end.

Congratulations to freshman Parker Owens on placing🥉in the pole vault.

And we’re off! Looking forward to yet another trip to the IHSA State Finals weekend at Eastern Illinois University.

What an INCREDIBLE weekend for our Wildcats. Both 7th and 8th Grade Girl’s teams placed top ten in the state and our 7th grade boys are the 2025 State Runner-Ups!!!! Happy Happy bus ride home.

Evan H. placed 4th in the 7th grade 800M with a blazing fast time of 2:13.71! In addition, with his performance at sectionals last weekend, he ends our season with the all-time 7th grade 800M record with a 2:13.47!

Audrey F. not only placed 5th (earning a medal) but smashed our all time Lincoln 7th grade 1600M record with an incredible time of 5:23.33!!!
