I feel like its more about dust since Glowing Snow could describe dust collecting on an unused TV
I feel like i haven't seen many people talking about the natrual state of a "dying" dark world (a dark world that doesn't belong anymore?) is getting snowed over and going cold. I guess noelle has the power to just force this state on a dark world and residents? Interesting stuff
