Thought Jeff Bridges being in #TRONAres was just a rumor or he would end-up only appearing in a “surprise” brief cameo. Seeing him in the trailer that was shown today ahead of #TheFantastic4 was more surprising than anything in “The Fantastic 4”.

I’ve seen the #AvatarFireAndAsh trailer. Looks like just more of the same. Maybe some additional action but James Cameron says it’s gonna be another super-long installment so it’ll probably all feel stretched out. Less than five months ‘til release. Another $2 Billion? I dunno.

#TheFantasticFourFirstSteps has above average visuals and the ‘60s setting mostly works. But the leads play their parts in pretty low-key fashion. No creativity with story. Unremarkable 3rd act. The excitement meter of this drama (barely any ‘fun’) never rises above… well… a 4.
