I am deeply saddened by the tragic loss of life that occurred this morning at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Training Center. On behalf of the entire LAPD, I want to offer our heartfelt condolences to the families, friends, and colleagues of the fallen deputies.

Over the past 48 hrs, I responded to Compton, Paramount & Lancaster, where one of our deputies was shot. I couldn’t be more proud of the amazing work that our @LASDHQ Deputies have been doing under these challenging circumstances.
