Never got the chance to spend time in that part of Japan but I was in the south near Fukuoka & man it was a good time. Japan forever is one of my favorite countries just off of the time I spent there

It was a dream come true. The people were very kind, curious and shy. The days were hot. Learning basic Japanese wasn’t hard. Everything was affordable, clean and safe. Tokyo had the wildest nights. Osaka had the best food. Nagoya had cool vibes. Kyoto was my favorite.
What was life like in Japan for you?
I bought this rental October last year. It cost me $42k to buy it and fix up. I put tenants in it. They pay me $15,600 / yr. I recast the mortgage. It costs me is $1,800 / yr. I also 'made' $52k just by holding it for one year. This is the power of real estate. 🏡
