VERY close to wrapping up a script for a new crime feature. After that, I have NO IDEA what I'm doing next. Honestly, this is super rare. The obvious step would be to dig through my concept pile and see what sparks ignite.

Imagine, the photographer shows up just as you take your first bite of a burrito. Not just any burrito, but the single best you’ve ever had. By any measure, it’s worthy of a quick photograph. The burrito is there, the photographer is there, so…why not?

“Guys who pose for portraits with cigars” is an interesting subculture. Even if the cigar is GREAT, is it photo worthy? And did the cigar just happen to be present, or is it FOR the photo? We never see guys posing for portraits with a burrito, even when it’s an EPIC burrito.

People will add the word “Cajun” to just about any menu items to try and get people to eat it. Trust me, your “Cajun salmon pasta” or whatever is seasoned with LIES.

The 6x9 digest books Marvel & DC have been putting out are GREAT. I adore Miller/Mazzucchelli's DAREDEVIL, own the issues (& Artist's Edition). But my comics have been in ministorage for YEARS. I'm looking forward to revisiting this. The price/value ratio is on point.
