So my son is 19 months. He hasn't been hitting some milestones (mainly communication) so we have Early intervention this week. Today I see him excited & clapping for the first time. I'm so excited! I never thought I would be so excited to see a kid clapping!

Finally went to the city and got my rice! There's something so wonderful about an unopened 40lb bag of your favorite rice 🥰 my Asian side is contented for now.

So we have a 21 month old and an almost 4 month old. The other day @mikeflarkin mentioned how pregnancy looked good on me Nothing makes a woman want more children like being told how good they looked pregnant & watching their men be a Dad Are...are we having another baby?!?!

It's never too late to find that person! I was so afraid of "starting over" at 26. Not even a month later I found the love of my life. It happens when it happens. 8 years and 2 kids later, I love him more than ever and he still makes me laugh until I cry

There's something so special about watching my son enjoy My Neighbor Totoro. I grew up loving the movie and his favorite blanket is a Totoro blanket I bought before he was born

My husband is trying to convince me to co-sleep during storms. The mom part of my brain says "Yes, both babies in our room. Safety!" The rational side (which sounds like my mother) is saying kids aren't allowed in parents' room and don't start a habit you don't want to break

This Father's Day I'm celebrating my husband @mikeflarkin I remember watching him hold our first son for the first time, the shift in him. I get to fall more in love with him seeing him interact and love our children. He is everything I could have wanted in a partner for life

This Father's Day I'm remembering: My Dad, who never got to meet my sons but was able to give me away at my wedding before passing 2 months later. My Father in Law, who was 2 months away from meeting our youngest son but got to spend over a year with our firstborn, his namesake

Our first son is my husband's mini-me. Our second son looks like me! I love them completely equally but in my first son, I get to see my wonderful husband. In my second I get to see myself. Genetics are crazy

Just ordered Father's Day gifts. A little late, hopefully they make it in time. But I'm really excited about what I found! I can't wait until the boys are old enough to contribute presents lol
