A new scheme going in behind the old Irish Independent building at Middle Abbey st. Because it’s stepped back, it can be built much taller without disrupting the view from street level. It’s a shame they didn’t continue to step it up.
Today An Coimisiún Pleanála upheld Fingal CC’s decision. It said demolishing the old ramps “would diminish the visual amenity on approach to T1” 🫠
