The morning of my life, The world was at war, The afternoon passed, Without a flaw, Then the evening arrived, I'm happy with what I saw.

I’ve not posted much #poetry recently, I’m still writing, but needed to slow down for a bit. Still selling ‘Thoughts on Life’, if anyone would like one. £6.00, including p&p and the £1 to Willow Wood. Happy summertime! 🌼 🌞 #poetrycommunity
The sun rises Like a Yorkshire pudding, The sun sets Like a strawberry jelly.
#thicktrunktuesday The best I could do today. It will be thicker sometime.

Did anyone see News at Ten last night, 17th July. Professor Tim Whittlestone was on the news. Another great Darfield lad. I think he was the first pupil from Darfield Foulstone to gain a place at Cambridge University.
A huge crowd at @darfieldmuseum to hear @ianmcmillan and Andrew Brooks.
