Marlton man,21,charged with Bias Intimidation & Criminal Mischief. Cape May Police arrested David Ebner “following an investigation into a report of assault & the removal & destruction of a flag displayed outside Fine Fellows Creamery on Beach Avenue in Cape May on 4th of July.”

“CONSIDERED ARMED & DANGEROUS” by @PhillyPolice Man described by sources to me as “heavy build, full beard & tattoos on arm.” Was wearing white t-shirt & blue sweatpants at 3:54am July 5th in shootout with security guard at 7 Elements, police sources tell me.

Ebony Gee, 35, arrested by @PhillyPolice homicide detectives & U.S. Marshals in West Philadelphia, in the case of a dead infant found May 19th in Camden’s Morgan Village section on Lakeshore Drive. Gee is facing desecration of human remains & witness tampering charges.

UPDATE: Bail set at $400k for 7 Elements security guard charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault & more in last Saturday’s mass shootout with 8 wounded. Michael Welton’s attorney Shaka Johnson, tells me it’s a ‘sign on bond’ & Welton bonded out.
