Day 1 of the Journey of Water kicked off with great pomp and colour!. At exactly 12PM, the symbolic tracing of River Kimengelia–Noolturesh was officially flagged off, marking the beginning of a remarkable 3-day journey following the river's path to where it empties its waters.

Journey of Water 2025 is back July 23–25. To set the stage, our CEO @enock_kiminta & @WWF_Kenya team met @KajiadoGov Governor @joelenku, who offered his full support & confirmed his participation. Water knows no borders join us in walking for peace, sustainability, & coexistence.

Yesterday, we hosted citizen scientists & WRUA reps from Kirichwa & Mbagathi in Nairobi. Youth are monitoring water quality to close SDG 6.3.2 data gaps voluntarily, passionately, & without pay. We must equip & support them. Who will stand with them? #WaterStewardship
