You can see the sizes on that full size dinner plate. I took the seeds out of the longhorn cayennes and it came out mild but with the cayenne flavor preserved. Heat level 4. Yellow tomatoes are milder than red ones. Came out pretty dang good. Also cilantro, lime, onion,pink salt
