We @CMMUQ1 @movingwhat successfully collected our first #MicroED #3DED data of protein crystals (TIR domain)grow in @Kobe_Lab_ by @weixi_gu using old TECNAI F30 G2 TEM. Thanks to @XUEY85 for advice/suggestions. More work to do but this is a great result 😊.
