Flexiple continues to grow strongly! We’ve reached $3 million revenue, fully bootstrapped & $0 in paid marketing 🚀 Our startup journey so far (annualized revenue): - $1 million in 4 years - 25% m-o-m growth after that - $3 million in next 6 months Questions? Ask Me Anything👇🏽
Biggest hiring mistake I made early on: Trying to find clones of myself. No, they don’t exist.
The most expensive tax startups pay is to Google & Meta. This is the fine your startup pays for sucking at organic marketing. What if you nailed organic marketing? That’s 1000s of dollars saved in Google & Meta tax. A thousand reasons to focus on that.
To be a great founder, stick these 3 sentences on your desk: 1. "I'll be loyal to my startup journey, not my idea." 2. "With or without VCs, I'll buildd my startup." 3. “I’m here to play the game of decades not days.”
Work-life balance is a great goal. But, it is unlikely in the early days if you want to be an entrepreneur. Because top founders are often willing to sacrifice things that you are not ready to.
My go-to framework for startup success: Patience. If you are not willing to commit a minimum of 10 years to buildd your startup, it's likely NOT going to be successful.
