I love what I do. Creating housing, shaping communities, and building my city. Developers don’t do project just cause it is fun and they love brain damage. It is an investment that requires a return. Investors are going to deploy elsewhere if investing in a city doesn’t math.

@BarbarianCap Actually, building new housing typically decreases rents by increasing supply, per studies from Upjohn Institute and others showing 10% more stock cuts rents 1% nearby. Let's be friends with builders—it's good economics! @aussieflya
