I’m not a political person, I don’t understand the ins and outs of war and the ongoing troubles in our World. But what I do understand is that no child should have to suffer because of the actions of adults. Please save the little children.

You can smile and still be mourning. Show up and still feel lost. Be a safe space for others but be heartbroken inside. Be kind. We’re all carrying more than we let on.
