Garage area rumblings: The LMSC teams have been told that at the halfway break, all crew members who are working on the car must be in pants. Caution laps I am hearing will not count. It is not a points paying race for regular Langley racers.
Some observations here at Langley. Butterbean got a thunderous reaction from the crowd. No surprise. Connor Hall also got a big reaction. Also no surprise. Matt Waltz had a huge pop when he was introduced. It rivaled the other two. South Boston still fresh in most minds.

Yesterday, my Mom went to be with the Lord. I didn’t know what to write but I do know she’s in a much better place where she feels relief from pain and sickness. I miss her physical presence already but the memories, the love & guidance remains. Our family appreciates the prayers

The new 64 1/2 inch wide spoiler for the Five Star ABC NEXTGEN body has been approved for competition effective Jan 1st. That’s an increase from the current 60 inch.
I am not in Caraway tonight for the CARS Tour race nor will I be for the SMART modified event on Saturday. We are at the beach this week for some downtime. Will be watching!
