I keep reading over & over that babies form memories while still in their mother's womb. At the same time, I'm expected to believe "a baby won't remember his #circumcision." The effects of inflicting pain on the most sensitive part of a child's body cannot possibly be positive.
Context matters: "Researchers" have been trying to "prove" #circumcision prevents some disease, and one by one the claims have been debunked. This isn't a genuine quest for disease prevention; it's a quest for the vindication of an embattled cultural practice.

The only difference between male and female circumcision is politics. Male #circumcision is an outmoded, harmful practice lacking any valid justification in law, medicine, ethics, and religion.
