Aumentar el gasto en defensa del 2 % al 5 % del PIB es un objetivo arbitrario para satisfacer a Trump. No se justifica para conseguir las capacidades interoperables fijadas por la OTAN ni realista alcanzarlo sin cuestionar otros objetivos sociales. Hace bien España en oponerse.
