WE CROSSED $1000 MRR TODAY 💫 I quit my job 42 days ago to work on this and I'm pouring my soul into this
most of the growth you'll experience will prob come from only 20% of the things you do but to get to that 20% you have to become a person that shows up every single day just speaking from experience here after posting & building for more than 300 days in a row
once I hit $15k MRR with the team and still have enough savings left I'll travel the world and meet-up with as many of our first supporters irl as I can
7.3% achieved of our short-term goal $1.1k MRR 🎉 "only" $13.9k to go until everybody in the team can go all in and we scale to the effin moon imma watch a sick movie now for celebration
I now record everything I say + meetings ↓ transcribe it ↓ analyse it ↓ get 3 daily documents for: 1. insights 2. ideas / constraints 3. user pains very confident this will accelerate learning
i feel like i lose 70% of the value of the talks i have throughout the day so I am building an automation that will record me 24/7 and give me a debrief with the biggest insights or ideas at the end of each day

140 days ago we launched postel's mvp and we got 10 paying users the same day but since then it was a slow climb we made a mini pivot and iterated countless times today we finally hit $1k MRR this took us more than 6 months! there was no crazy overnight growth for us
