Last month, the WBCA (baseball) All-Star teams from the southern part of the state dominated teams from the northern part of the state. Today, WFCA (football) North All-Star teams achieved a sweep against the South, 3-0.

Sad News: Former longtime Two Rivers Washington football head coach Jerry "Buns" Bonino has passed away. He is the first head coach to win three consecutive WIAA Football State titles -- 1980, 1981, & 1982. Two Rivers High School football field is named after him.

Mike Caldwell threw 23 complete games in 1978 for the Milwaukee Brewers. Milwaukee Brewers did not have a pitcher throw a complete game in 2024 or so far in 2025. Times have changed.
