Marlins win again in Milwaukee 7-4. They win another series. Heriberto Hernandez had the big HR that proved to be the difference maker. Miami is 50-53 and the hottest team in the NL.
What an outing! Snelling's final line⬇️ 6.2 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 0 BB, 11 K🔥
If you’re gonna talk the talk, you better Milwauk the walk...

“I think we had a chat post Rockies series.” Cal Quantrill on when things changed for Miami. The Marlins were swept at home by the Rockies on June 4th, Miami fell to 23-37. Since then, they are 26-16.
In his last 7 starts, Cal Quantrill has been exactly what the #Marlins signed him to be. 33.1 IP 5:28 BB:K 4.05 ERA 1.02 WHIP Someone will be calling Miami for him, and he may get a better player in return than what his full season stats show.

Marlins win in Milwaukee 5-1 as Otto Lopez doubled 3 times. Cal Quantrill with another solid start. Stowers homered again. Pen has been tremendous. Miami is now just 4 games under .500.

I've checked these numbers four times. Last 50 games for Jacob Berry at Triple-A not including this HR... .301/.404/.464, 16 XBH, 25 BB, 26 K 90% Z-Contact, 22% chase, 33% ground ball in that span. It's not a very valuable profile, but the bat has been good.
ICE IN HIS VEINS!
