Great discussion on attainable housing for veterans tonight. Making sure we have affordable housing for our veterans is critically important, and we had lots of great ideas from our agencies and non-profit partners!

Search for “grocery stores, Worcester, Mass”
After the recent closure of two local grocery stores, the Worcester City Council passed a bill last night ordering the city to study creative solutions, like Zohran Mamdani's municipally-owned grocery store idea. wbur.org/news/2025/07/1…

Beyond that, Councilor Kenney and I want to know what systems are or are not in place for interagency data sharing. When the stalking order was issued against Michael Gleason just 5 days before Marisol Fuentes was murderd, who was informed? Where did that information go? We…

While I can appreciate the courts setting up investigations into this matter, Magistrate Johnson needs to be relieved of her duties immediately. Councilor Kenney and I will accept nothing less for our communities.
NH Supreme Court Chief Justice Gordon MacDonald has named Associate Justice Melissa Countway and Circuit Court Admin. Justice Ellen Christo to investigate the court cases involving Michael Gleason who murdered his estranged Berlin wife and killed himself this month. #nhpolitics
The fact of the matter is Magistrate Johnson had all the legal power - even without the bail reform law - to keep Marisol's murderer behind bars. She failed, again. Now, an incredible young woman is dead. Enough is enough. Remove Magistrate Johnson, YESTERDAY
"She needs to be removed immediately. She needs to stop hearing criminal cases." -- @JohnStephenNH who is also a former prosecutor, on Magistrate Stephanie Johnson. "To see all of the offenses he'd committed earlier and say $5,000 bail is enough? That's ridiculous."

On @thepulseofnh this AM, Executive Councilor @JohnStephenNH is pointing out same magistrate in Gleason case also released the suspect in a Manchester stabbing case. ""I want the immediate removal of this magistrate from hearing any bail cases."
