You can critique Reform's funding calculations but you better believe the announcements have emotional resonance with huge numbers of ordinary people who see their streets surrendered to low level crime and incivility. This is an inadequate response. Do better.
Reform are pretending to be tough on crime, meanwhile their newest MP let off a dangerous drunk driver last year and told her: “It is what it is.” You couldn’t make it up.
