Late Friday and Saturday storms developing north of #Cincinnati will try to push south toward the Ohio River. But there's a good chance many of us may miss the rain altogether. Expect the best chances north of the river and the lowest chances south. @Local12

👀 I'm struggling to find the words to describe the heat + the insane level of humidity in #Cincinnati Thursday! Help me out! 🔥🥵 @Local12

⚠️ No surprise: Heat Advisory extended through Friday evening. Use caution if exercising or working outdoors. @Local12

⚠️Our best chances for showers and storms over the next week appear to come on Sunday across the #Cincinnati area as a front sags into the region. Late afternoon and evening are the times to watch. I can't rule out a stronger storm or even some heavy rain. Something to watch. 👀

Some small rain chances return to the #Cincinnati area Thursday. The chances are a little better Friday (especially north and in the evening) and even a bit better on Saturday (again especially north and in the evening). But the best chances for showers and storms are Sunday.

Storm chances come rumbling back into the #Cincinnati area the next few days mainly north of town and in the evening Friday and Saturday with the best chances coming on Sunday. @Local12

'EFU' Tornado 🌪 seen from Rising Sun, Indiana on Sunday afternoon. This tornado touched down from 4:31-4:35PM west of Patriot and traveled 0.69 miles. This was NOT associated with the storm which prompted Tornado Warnings for parts of the #Cincinnati area.📹: Billiejo Schnebelt
Things stay dry in the #Cincinnati area Wednesday before some spotty storms return Thursday, but most of us stay dry. Scattered storms are back Friday with the coverage of showers and storms going up Saturday and Sunday. There will still be lots of dry time this weekend though.

Here's the THREE BIG THINGS I'm tracking in #Cincinnati weather Tuesday night: @Local12 ✅ Humidity Creeps Up: Muggy Wednesday & Tropical Thursday through Weekend ✅ Heat Creeps Up: Heat Index into the 100s Thursday & Friday ✅ Storm Chances Creep Up: Sct'd Friday-Sunday.

While most of us stay dry in the #Cincinnati area on Thursday, some spotty, pop-up showers and storms will be possible late in the afternoon as humidity levels surge. Better shower and storm chances Friday and especially into the weekend. ⛈ @Local12
