Final numbers for the summer for @jeffr4y_c Clean: 265 (Just missed 275) Squat: 405 Bench: 315 Both bench and squat had more in the tank. No reason to risk anything on the last workout day of the summer. Proud of his lifts and gains coming off injured knee and catching 60+ games.

Dang proud of this kid. Over 350 campers at the @ProFootballCam1 today hosted and run by @Nicholls_FB . @jeffr4y_c was selected the 2nd best linebacker. Looking forward to his senior season with @CurtisFootball1 !!
Really proud of @jeffr4y_c today. Competed his tail off at Tulane @GreenWaveFB camp today. 7 on 7 at 9:30, camp at noon, caught a baseball game at 5:00 where he ripped an RBI base hit off a Division I am after drawing a walk off of him in his 1st at bat. Kid just competes & WINS!
