Good Morning! Happy Monday ☕️ Photographers for the Estate Sale arrived 8am this morning 🙈🥲😃 To say that the apartment is in chaos would be an understatement… Not to mention my emotions 🤣 But this is a step forward! Here’s hoping you are taking steps forward today too! 😄

Happy Saturday! ☕️ It’s the weekend, it’s 70° and sunny, what’s not like 🤣 Photographer is coming on Mon & Tues to photograph what to sell, so I will be organizing all weekend 📦 Excited for my friend’s birthday dinner tonight 👏 Hoping you have the BEST weekend ! 🙏

It’s CUDDLE time with Eddie 🐈‍⬛ after a great, but tough day! 🥰 Two of the Estate sales photographers were in love with Eddie 🐈‍⬛ today; he had lots of attention & some good neck and ear rubs, now…it’s DADDY TIME on the couch 🛋️ 😻

What a day!!!! 😮‍💨 The 3 estate sale photographers finally left. They arrived at 8 AM & have been photographing everything for the estate sale auction all day. What a great group! They kept checking in with me to see how I was doing 🥰 LOTS to sell… Total chaos now! 🙈🤷‍♂️👏

Guess who is now the NEW DURANGO 🤠 BRAND AMBASSADOR!🥃 After a really GREAT interview this morning, I was offered & ACCEPTED A JOB for a RTD (Ready to Drink) hand-crafted cocktail in a can, that has zero carbohydrates, ZERO SUGAR (🩸👏) & only 100 calories!! A NICE SIDE GIG!🤩

When one door closes, another opens… As you followed my 5 1/2 month job search journey with not one request for an interview here in LA… I interviewed last Thursday & got a job offer in Durango ✔️👏 TODAY I have ANOTHER INTERVIEW with a different company in Durango! 🤩 YAY!

Good afternoon from a beautiful 84° sunny LA day! 🌞😎 First of, what I am sure will be, many trips to Goodwill before the move 🚙🚛📦 🤠 Needed a break from all my decisions to be made about what to sell, so a little ride in the car was perfect! Hope your day is perfect too 🤩

Tonight‘s birthday celebration dinner for our friend, Kg, included some house Cantonese specialties at SANDS Chinese Restaurant in Baldwin Park. "Eight Treasure" Braised Stuffed Duck 🦆, stuffed with a rice medley, &… Steamed Cod, complete with the fish head! 🐟🫣 Surprise! 😮

What a FUN Birthday celebration dinner tonight for our friend, Kg! 🎂🤤 We met st SANDS, a Cantonese Chinese restaurant, in Baldwin Park. A couple of dishes needed to be reserved the day before for us to enjoy tonight; quite a variety of flavors 🤩 The cakes were fun too! 👏

“If you have a beard, I would suggest putting GLITTER on it, because it will make you look fancy.” 🤩🤣 I wish I had heard Bianca Del Rio say this when I grew my beards! 🤷‍♂️⭐️ Feeling a little grizzly since last shaving for my interview Thursday 🙈 Reminded me of these days 😀

Now THIS is what I call VACUUM PACKED! 🤩 Was getting a little (a lot 🙈) overwhelmed by everything that had to be done before photographers come on Monday to prepare for the estate sale 🫣 I started purging and vacuum packing my clothes 👏 (Suits + ✔️) Who knew 🫣🤷‍♂️ Ahhh 😀
