Congrats on the paper release @zengqiurui!🚀 Glad to see @skypilot_org is continuously helping research teams run large-scale data processing and model training on clouds. 🧑🔬
Why are older individuals more prone to neurodegenerative diseases? Very excited to share our new #bioRxiv from @JoeEcker. We study age-related epigenetic changes in the brain, highlighting on cell-type-specific transposon demethylation and TAD remodeling. We also present a deep…
#PlantBio2025 I’ll be speaking in the final plenary—sharing the story behind this paper and some new, unpublished work from my lab at TSL. Hope people stick around till the end (though a few already warned me they’re leaving early 😅)!
New year, new paper! Now published in @Nature. We identified and characterised diverse immune cell states in plants under pathogen attack. My postdoc work in @JoeEcker lab at @salkinstitute. nature.com/articles/s4158…
Up next at the Presidential Plenary Seminar: Bob Schmitz @Schmitz_Lab takes the stage to discuss “Leveraging Plant Epigenomics to Decode the Complexity of Non-Coding Regulation.” 🌱🧬 #PlantBio2025
"What we’ve all come to recognize is that the biggest advances we can make stem from the cross-pollination of different disciplines, where everyone brings something to the table and the result is much greater than the sum of the parts," said Pallav Kosuri, Salk assistant…

"It's just a matter of time. It's just a matter of strategy. I think solutions come through evolution. It comes through asking the right questions because the answer preexists. But it's the question that we have to define and discover." - Jonas Salk, founder of the Salk Institute…
Congrats to all - on an amazing study!
