Good to join @debs_wb at @SelbyCentre to visit @SelbyAbc and see the fantastic work they are doing to support young Londoners as part of @MayorofLondon’s #GoLondon programme.
To celebrate this extra investment, over the summer I'll be spotlighting #GoLondon projects making a huge difference to young Londoners. Kicked off with a visit to the @SelbyAbc. Great to see the power of sport in action-building confidence, skills & community. #SummerOfSport
Good to visit and celebrate 15 years of the Bridge Renewal Trust in Chestnuts Park, Tottenham today and to say thank you for all the work they do in and with the local community to make a thriving #Haringey!

🌧️ Rainy mornings won’t dampen our spirits! Out with @enfield_labour and @JoanneMcCartney in New Southgate, speaking with residents and listening to their concerns. Great energy on the doorstep🌹
Great news that West Grove primary school will be the fourth school in Enfield to benefit from the @MayorofLondon 'Greener Schools' initiative. This will reduce energy bills and emissions thanks to the Government and the Mayor working collaboratively. @metecoban92
NEW: An extra 10 schools will benefit from lower energy bills thanks to new funding from GB Energy to expand @MayorofLondon’s Greener Schools initiative. That brings the total to 48 London schools saving up to £15,000 a year on their energy bills ⚡️☀️
Hello Accra 🇬🇭 Great to be here as part of the first mayoral trade mission to Africa to deepen our cultural ties, boost trade and bang the drum for London. I look forward to strengthening our ties as vibrant capital cities that have innovation and creativity at their heart.
20 years on, we commemorate 7/7 and remember the remarkable acts of bravery and kindness that followed. London will always stand united against hate - in memory, in grief, and in strength.
Exciting launch of @MayorofLondon @londoncouncils Warmer Homes London collaboration to retrofit homes at scale. Building the coordination, skills & supply chains needed to tackle the climate emergency whilst creating warmer, healthier homes for Londoners. Partnership in action!
Labour is delivering real change in London – from building council homes to universal free school meals - we are investing in the next generation ✅ Great to join @SadiqKhan @LondonLabour in Parliament. Thanks to @labourunionsuk & @DawnButlerBrent for bringing us together

Fantastic to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our care-experienced young Londoners, and the unwavering dedication of Virtual School Heads, teachers, mentors, social workers, & carers at the @CityofLondon @PYL_London Shining Stars awards this week. 🌟 @MayorofLondon

It was a joy to welcome 100 young women to City Hall to explore the careers of tomorrow. A huge thanks to @FIAFormulaE, @NewhamCollege, @LLCareersHub & all schools who joined us to inspire the next generation of talent. @MayorofLondon

Last week we launched the delivery plan for Warmer Homes London, a new @MayorofLondon @londoncouncils partnership to upgrade 1000s of homes. Good to hear @metecoban92 & Cllr grace Williams talk about warmer, cheaper fuel bills in winter and cooler homes in summer heat.

I am delighted the Mayor has committed to sharing the opportunities available to community groups like Archway Road Action Group who wish to improve their local high streets.
In Mayor’s Question Time, I asked @SadiqKhan @MayorofLondon how he was planning to support local high streets. I was delighted when he announced a new £50,000 funding for Edmonton Green to help local businesses flourish. enfielddispatch.co.uk/city-hall-cash…
