Ended our summer ball season in KC going 3-1-1. We got a W in my start. I threw a CG. 102 Pitches 9 K 4 BB 5 H 3 ER Great last weekend with our @NitroGold2028 team. Thanks coaches for pushing us! (Some of my tourney highlights below for pitching, 1B and at the plate.)

38 years ago today the 32 game hitting streak came to an end. I got tossed going 0-1 in 3rd inning. After getting picked off first base. Game went 13 innings that night…. Went 10 more games after that. 🤷♂️
If a coach ask me to play a kid at a certain position we do it to showcase them. It’s about getting the kid to the next level not winning a travel baseball game for our ego. 😃 #Nitro2028
Travel coach is upset with a player for attending a college camp instead of the travel game. This is a college the player wants to go to. Isn’t the point for the player to play in college? Do what’s best for the player, not the travel organization. 🤯🤯 🤯🤯🤯🤯
It’s wild that people still don’t understand that the overwhelming majority of future all-star third baseman/second baseman or even outfielders are drafted as shortstops Most shortstops drafted are not meant to replace the team’s current starting shortstop

Whit Merrifield talking through how you CANNOT try and take your "A swing" on every swing. You CANNOT try and swing as hard as you can every swing. This doesn't help in game hitting. Max out power swings leads to inconsistent results in the game period.
