Reduced Kyrie, good chunk of Roman “canon” is optional (so much for a canon)— rarely used anyways, completely revised lectionary, completely revised collects and orations, removal of offertory, change in form of consecration, etc., etc. But sure, not completely new.
The lie that the Novus Ordo is a completely new mass needs to go. Not only is the general liturgical structure ancient, almost all central elements are ancient. The Kyrie Eleison, Gloria, Creed, Sanctus, Roman Canon, Our Father and Agnus Dei are all 1000 or more years old.
