Calling all @OctopusEnergy customers… What do you think of their service. They recently started the process moving my energy to another company, without my consent or request and are still unable to explain how that happened. #safegaurded. How should they address/ rectify this?

Has anyone else had @OctopusEnergy up and start transferring you to another energy provider, without your consent, and then just ‘hey-ho, these things happen’ it?

Watching Martin Brundle on the F1 grid walk, grabbing the interviews on the fly is so entertaining. It’s a masterclass on seizing the moment to build content. Assertive but still polite.

Has anyone subscribed/ trailed to @thetimes, possibly to read a specific article and then found them almost impossible to contact to cancels the trial/ subscription? You could be mistaken for thinking it’s a scheme to claw money from people’s accounts. It’s taken me months!!!

It’s 9 years since my first @BBCHolbyCity ep went out. I would never imagined the show would be no more in such a short time span. I, like many other directors will always be grateful for the opportunity flex my creative wing on this show.

So sorry to hear @TheBodyShopUK has gone into administration. I wouldn’t have a career in TV, if I wasn’t for my part time job at The Body Shop. They gave me all the overtime I could handle, so I had savings to do work experience in TV and held my job for me. Forever grateful.
