On 24th July, Amb ISOMATA visited the Automobile Engineering Training Institute, “Japan Tech,” established in 1989 with JPN grant assistance. Amb observed various equipment and ongoing training sessions, offering words of encouragement to the students.

On 24th July, Amb ISOMATA signed Exchange of Notes for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) 🧑‍🎓. Under this project, total of 15 public sector officials are to be dispatched to Japan in 2026. JDS fellows are expected to bridge between 🇯🇵🤝🇱🇰 more and more !!!

On 16th July, Ambassador ISOMATA and Madam ISOMATA visited Geoffrey Bawa’s Residence Number 11. They were greatly impressed by the Geoffrey Bawa’s ideas reflected throughout the residence. We found some commonalty with Japanese cultural values and philosophies from his works.
