Davis Heinzen will obviously get every opportunity to be the left tackle. Fickell said there has also been some discussion about Emerson Mandell being able to play there. Could also move Joe Brunner.
RB Darrion Dupree is full go and ready for camp. Transfer OLB Mason Reiger has also been fully cleared.
A few guys that Fickell says won't be able to go to start camp include OLB Thomas Heiberger and OL Barrett Nelson.
Fickell said FR DL Drayden Pavey did not enroll and will not be with the team. Was deemed for personal reasons.
He did say they are proceeding as if they won't have him. He mentioned Omillio Agard and D'Yoni Hill as potential replacements. Believes Geimere Latimer could also move there but they do like him in the slot.
Luke Fickell says they filed an appeal with the NCAA on behalf of CB Nyzier Fourqurean yesterday. Hopeful they'll take another serious look at his case. Not sure when that will be reviewed or ruled on.
