On Kelsey Mitchell, who has had a long journey with the Fever and is finally coming full circle this weekend sbnation.com/wnba/2025/7/18…
We have never been more back
Indiana's Curt Cignetti (on dropping Virginia home/home series): "We figure we'd adopt an SEC scheduling philosophy" & mentions how many SEC teams play FCS teams & that SEC only plays 8 league games
That postgame presser has been completely taken out of context…
"You went from a Motel 6 in a sketchy part of town to a Four Seasons in the shopping district. Stop talking." @colincowherd reacts to Kelsey Plum calling out Caitlin Clark at WNBA All-Star Weekend
Old is on TV which has reminded me that, even by M. Night Shyamalan's standards, this is a shockingly bad movie
I asked LA Sparks coach Lynne Roberts after tonight's win about the ability to run an inverted pick-and-roll with Azurá Stevens while Kelsey Plum screens for her. Roberts said it's not by design, but praised the duo for doing it. Lynne Roberts' full response (with subtitles):
Azurá Stevens running an inverted pick-and-roll and pulling up for 3s never ceases to amaze. Stevens is up to 15 points on 6-of-7 shooting tonight. It's that skill set that had me call Stevens a "true unicorn" today: justinrusso.substack.com/p/wnba-shot-da…
You had to figure there was going to be a point where the Fever ran out of gas against this Liberty team.
Another big win from the Sparks over the Mystics, this time on the road. Maybe they should try to play Washington more silverscreenandroll.com/2025/7/22/2447…
Mystics commentator is adamant Rickea Jackson traveled on a play where the ball clearly hit Feagin's back, causing her to lose possession
We should have fewer commentators being loudly wrong
“I don’t event think about you”
Indiana football coach Curt Cignetti on new Purdue coach Barry Odom criticizing his team’s schedule
Tim Bontemps sitting there saying the 50-win, No. 3 seed Lakers “weren’t that good” last season and then claiming Lakers fans will just think he’s hating is insane.
The Clippers have somehow normalized shitting the bed in the playoffs. People just watch them do it every year and then forget about it three months later
I couldn't believe people were calling them the 2nd best team in the west going into last playoffs. Like we've all seen how their seasons end
It's 2025 and ya'll still falling for the Clippers
I’m all in on the Clippers going for the 2025 version of The Expendables. I think they’re going to be really, really good next season.
Rings for winning Summer League????
Here’s a close look at the NBA Summer League Championship ring 🏆💍
But some people said to take the All-Star game out of Indianapolis because players wouldn’t be safe
this was the most fun i’ve had in a whileee because of the PLAYERS. shoutout to yall. back to the regularly scheduled program 🥴 #indiami ✌🏽
Adjusted for inflation, the NBA lost $48 million in 1981. That same year, Magic got a 3.5 Million per year contract (adjusted for inflation). There’s never been an issue with paying men. The people clowning the W are uneducated, red pilled losers who parrot talking points.
NBA players make 50% of the leagues revenue. WNBA players make about 9% of the leagues revenue. They are not asking for equal pay they are only asking for a larger share of the leagues revenue. Not a hard to grasp.
