Land issues are very sensitive in nature, just from seeing a video were a group of community in copperbelt faced some ministers trying to resolve serious issues on camera with someone who knows what he is talking about.

Sometimes it’s important to view progress from the lens of the private sector and not a power point presentation that delivers “hope”.

If the value of the unused land (resource’s) is more important than the value it can create (Industry/Jobs) then we have missed the boat. Probably our friends in foreign relations that help to build investor confidence need to do a better job at vetting the right investors.

Success requires abandoning the "resource extraction and export" mindset for a "value addition and regional integration" strategy.

Political will comes with painful policies which unpatriotic citizens can't handle. Development comes with pain..

There is a huge difference between just activities and impact.
