Kevin Feige says Marvel Studios’ ‘BLADE’ is still in development with Oscar winner Mahershala Ali still attached to star. The film will be set in a modern-day setting: “We didn’t want to put a leather outfit on him and have him start killing vampires.” (deadline.com/2025/07/marvel…)
Bounced off this run pretty hard when I first gave it a go as a teenager, loved the start, didn't love where it went. Having recently come back to finish it this is awesome. A genuinely punk rock take on the character that has way more in common with 2000 AD Progs than All Star

The reveal that Swamp-Thing was never human to begin with and instead a sapient mass of plants that absorbed Holland's memories is legit one of the best retcons I can think of in comics.
